Graduate Application

(Non-Degree Seeking)


CaseNEX currently works with accredited university, North Georgia College and State University (NGCSU), to offer graduate credit for our courses. The application procedures are outlined below. Click here for transcript requests.

This application is a writeable PDF. To complete and send this pdf, you will need the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader. Fill out the application online and then save a copy to your computer.

Here are a few helpful steps:
  1. Click the disk icon just above the form (NOT the menu bar at the top of your browser window).
  2. Save in "My Documents" or the "Desktop" so that you're able to easily locate it.
  3. When saving, please rename the file using the following naming protocol: lastname_firstname_session_month_year.
  4. To submit the completed application, send it as an attachment to paperwork@casenex.com. In the subject line of your email indicate your course name and session date.

Additional Paperwork Required
NGCSU requires that students submit a copy of their current teaching certificate to the Graduate Admissions Office. Prior to the end of your first course for graduate credit, NGCSU will send you a letter of admission for non-degree status. This letter will inform you how to submit your certificate. If you do not have a current teaching certificate, you may also submit a copy of an undergraduate or graduate transcript that shows your degree.

If you are not a US citizen, you will be required to submit a copy of your resident alien card, passport, or other immigration document that describes your visa type and country of citizenship.
