Graduate Application

(Non-Degree Seeking)

CaseNEX currently works with accredited university North Georgia College & State University (North Georgia) to offer graduate credit for our courses (for non-Georgia residents only). The application procedures are outlined below.

Apply for admission through North Georgia's online application service CollegeNet. Do not reapply if you have applied to North Georgia in the past.

3. Online Application Menu...

   Choose Online Application for Specialized Graduate Admission/School District Professional Development Program Non-Georgia Residents Only (CaseNex)

4. Complete the application.

5. A one-time, non-refundable application fee of $40 must accompany new graduate applications and must be paid via secure server at the time of submission.
   
   
6. North Georgia College & State University will mail you an acceptance letter to the university, which will include instructions for requesting official transcripts, and your North Georgia student id number, which should be referenced in all communications with the university.

Additional Paperwork Required

1. A copy of your current teaching certificate (you may submit a college transcript in lieu of your certificate).
   
   
2. North Georgia Immunization Certificate - check the exemption for distance learning, sign and date the form.
   
   
3. If you are not a US citizen, you are required to submit a copy of your resident alien card, passport, or other immigration document that describes your visa type and country of citizenship.

This paperwork is required before an official transcript from North Georgia will be issued. Please submit the above paperwork by mail, fax, or email to:
