Here are a few helpful steps:

2. Save in "My Documents" or the "Desktop" so that you're able to easily locate it.
3. When saving, please rename the file using the following naming protocol: lastname_firstname_session_month_year.
4. To submit the completed application, send it as an attachment to shenandoah@casenex.com. In the subject line of your email indicate your course name and session date.
