North Georgia College and State University (NGCSU) Transcript Request
(For students taking courses after 11/1/06)

When your course is complete, you may request an official transcript through the NGCSU online system or by mailing/faxing in a request form to NGCSU. The directions for both methods are described below. You will need to mark the request "hold for final grades" to ensure you final grades have been posted. Initial transcripts are processed by the University on 5/9/09, 8/07/09, and 12/16/09. There is no cost for an official transcript. They are mailed out 2 days after the request has been made as long as the grade has been posted.

**Please note that the CaseNEX course titles and the NGCSU approved graduate course titles vary slightly. View the chart to see the course title that will appear on your transcript. These titles are also referenced in course syllabi.

Mail/Fax Requests

Students can also request transcripts by mail or fax using the following form. There is no cost. Send or email form directly to NGCSU. Do not send to CaseNEX.

Students who have online access to Banner may submit a transcript request electronically. Once you login to the system, follow these links:

  • Student Records
  • Request a Printed transcript

The online transcript request asks twice what type of transcript is needed. You must be consistent on ALL screens when selecting your transcript type. To request an official transcript, be sure to select official from the drop/down box and also select the 'official copy' radio button. Mismatched requests will not be processed. Transcript requests marked Hold for Grades will be processed only at the end of the semester after grade processing is complete.
