fundamental part of the CaseNEX approach is our unique 5-step
method, a matrix for approaching complex situations, understanding
cause and effect relationships, and exploring multiple solutions
to challenging problems. GEAR UP facilitators are trained
to use the five-step method to help students gain the insight
and analytical skills to effectively address their own challenges.

want her to go to school at all. Meanwhile, Susan
is devastated when she hears back from the colleges
she applied to.
