  • The course schedule outlined for the year is subject to change.
  • When completing the registration form below, please use your BCPS email as other email programs may filter out CaseNEX emails.
  • You will receive an access PIN a few days before the start of the course. This PIN will be used to create a unique login to your course. If you have not received this PIN by the start of the course, please email info@casenex.com to report the problem.
  • If you are taking the course for graduate credit, you will receive 3 graduate course credits.
  • Students will receive graduate transcripts within 4-6 weeks of course completion.
  • If you are taking the course for MSDE credit, you will receive 3 inservice or MSDE credits.
  • Please note that effective July 2005, any class whose enrollment has dropped below 13 students by the end of week 2 will be cancelled. Participants will be transferred into other sections if available and work will apply to the other, or future, sessions. Graduate students will be fully refunded if a suitable alternative of their choosing is not available.
  • For Conditional certificate holders seeking a Professional certificate, MSDE will only accept the reading requirement courses and the introduction to special education course as MSDE in-service credit. All other course work towards a Professional certificate must be for college credit.
  • If you are seeking certification or an endorsement, you must take courses for graduate credit.
  • All courses are offered to Baltimore County Public Schools Employees only. Only employees whose job titles are covered under one of the five bargaining units and the Superintendent’s Executive Staff may be eligible for reimbursement.
  • Official transcripts are required for reimbursement.
  • For questions regarding certification and reimbursement, please call the Office of Certification at 410-887-4147.
Special notes on administrative courses:
  • For all questions regarding administrative courses, please contact Jeanne Imbriale at 410-887-0363.
