Baltimore County Public Schools Registration

We are delighted to announce the launch of the new BCPS professional development website! The new site will feature new and improved course functionality, a streamlined registration process and a one time login feature. No more creating multiple logins for multiple courses! Additionally, course participants will have the ability to access previous and current courses via a new personalized participant dashboard. We invite you to check it out! Registration opens on December 11, 2017, for the January 24th course session.

Please follow the steps below to register on our new platform:

  1. Click the following link, which will take you to the screen below:

  2. Enter your personal information into the fields (use your BCPS email address to register) and then create and confirm your password.

  3. In the field that says Enter Code Here, you must enter: bcpsjanreg and then click Validate. Once you click Validate the screen will appear like this:

  4. Click in the box to agree to the Terms & Conditions and then click REDEEM.

  5. Once you click Redeem you will have access to your Participant Dashboard:

  6. To register for the courses you wish to take for the January Course session, you must click on the course option that says “BCPS January Registration” and click Start Course. It is a survey that will allow you to select a maximum of two courses from the list of offerings.

  7. Once you complete the survey, click the arrow circled above, so that you will be able to mark the course completed. Please note: If you do not mark the course completed, your choices will not be registered.

  8. You will receive your course access redeem code via email three to five days prior to the start date of your course(s). The redeem code will allow the courses you selected to appear in your participant dashboard. Once you receive the code, log into your course by signing in using the email address and password your originally created, then click the REDEEM button in the top menu area:

  9. Enter the code provided to you in the email you receive from your Implementation Specialist and then click Validate. Next, click that you accept the terms and conditions and click Redeem. You will then be able to log in and start your course(s). (You will only be able to start the course on the course start date.)

    All participants have access to the CaseNEX Participant Orientation in their Participant Dashboard. It is recommended that participants complete the orientation before taking their first course, so that they can become acclimated with the new features of the platform.
